Student Problem-Solving Form
Purpose:
The purpose of the Student Problem-Solving Form is to provide students with an avenue to submit a concern regarding any area on campus for which no other specific process exists. For example, this should not be used to submit complaints regarding sexual harassment, disabilities or grade appeals. Please see the student handbook for the proper grievance procedures related to these areas as this form does not replace those. Additionally, if this is an emergency situation, the university police should be contacted at X5555.
What you can expect:
Once you have submitted a problem-solving form, you can expect to be contacted by the close of the next business day.
External Complaint Process:
Once a student or prospective student has exhausted all internal complaint processes, complaints may be filed externally with the Consumer Protection Division at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and/or the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
